Every time I access the app I see the help tour. The only cookie I seem to have from the app is 'ACSID'.

The reason you're only seeing the ACSID cookie is because the help tour actually uses local storage (the about page will be updated to reflect this). The help tour reoccurring unexpectedly will be fixed in my next commit.
