Dense (all taps) display mode #43

On the home screen and pouring screen, show status for all taps, in a higher-density mode.

This should be a setting, since some might prefer one way over another.

As of 817bd7c58fb447c967b5ad2a4cf6f9f8142134b8, the home screen UI has been worked to show two taps at once.

I'm going to mark this closed, of course more layouts are possible but I consider this the sweet spot for information density / common tap configurations.
