Localized names and composite icons #16

  1. Added localized name generation. It pulls the localization from the original source, so the effort on your end is minimal. I did add a suffix in the name to mark them, which is the only thing that needs to be localized on the mods end.
  2. Instead of replacing the icons it now paints the ghost sprite in the upper right corner.

Both changes should improve the look and feel of the mod. I did not add a changelog entry or bumb the version. If you have any questions you contact me either here or via discord under Soggs#4093. I am on the Factorio discord. So you can just ping me in the mod-making channel.

My first PR nice. Thanks for the PR I'll have do some testing to see if everything works but otherwise I'll merge it and release it as an update. The only thing left to do regarding locales is to also move the descriptions for settings into locale files, but that can happen later.
