Using large pages makes Stellaris use 100% CPU? #5

On the first startup after a fresh boot, running Stellaris with the mod causes it to use 100% CPU for 5+ minutes. I have it set to use 4gb of memory as i have 32gb of RAM. Is there any way to make it not flip out like that? Subsequent startups work normally, but if i close Stellaris for a long time and open it again, it uses a large amount of CPU again (but for less time).

P.S. Is there any way to disable the BEEP when running the mod?

There currently no way to disable the beep, I might add one If I continue development and overhaul the config file. As for the high CPU usage I don't really know what could be causing it since I don't have that issue.
