Incremental height for the energy cone #4

Ability to enter an increment on the height of the energy cone to allow a more accurate representation of the energy cone in a caldera scenario. Also provide negative increments to allow fine tuning of the energy cone.

Ability to adjust the values in the formula that govern the cross sectional area and inundation volume. Provide a drop down of different types of scenario (eg lahar, flood, landslide) with associate default values. Allow these values to be overwritten.
