Locking issue #7

QGIS locks open files whilst displaying them. Laharz is unable to write to them whilst they are locked. Running LaharZ whilst the file is locked by QGIS results in an error. Either the error needs to be trapped or LaharZ needs to be able to write to the open files.

Errors are now trapped in LaharZ but it would be good to find a resolution where QGIS doesn't lock the files.
