An attempt at updating importEZDXFface to handle LINE, POLYLINE, SPLINE and LWPOLYLINE. Not convinced that ill-defined DXFs are handled smoothly.

Somehow 2 commits got included in this, but it's really just an effort to offer up a new version of one routine.
