Mconsidine #13

Added test files. Updated OpenSCADdxf.py to include fix for ellipse, support for 'INSERT', and effort to clean up logic a bit.

Because of the conflicts I created a new branch pr13 and merged that.

Please can you check that I correctly merged i.e the code is now how it should be.

This was merged but as there were merge conflicts so I created pr13 and that was merged.
