The description of individual grades is incorrect. See these:

Mister Cijfers

You're getting the value of [CijferKolom][KolomKop]. The description of a grade is located in /api/personen/PERSOONSID/aanmeldingen/SCHOOLJAARID/cijfers/extracijferkolominfo/ID The last ID gets its value from: [CijferKolom][Id].
