[Compat] Dye Depot #5

Suggestion: Add compatibility with the Dye Depot mod. It adds 16 new dye colours. Currently when both mods are loaded into the game at once there are placeholder blocks generated such as block.arts_and_crafts.maroon_soapstone which have no name and texture.

I don't plan on adding dye depot compat as me and Ari are doing compat for Eliza's dye mod and our own and combined is a lot of textures

I’d really like for it to be added. It is only text files on the texture pack
