Cannot move the element close to the edge #856

Describe the bug It's pretty simple, I didn't find any duplicate posts. You cannot move any element close to the edge of the window. This makes it very difficult when I have to do something to hide, there is still free space.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Go to the Editor, create element, select anchor point on right center and try to move reght

Expected behavior I want to be able to move the elements close to the edge of the screen

Disable "Stay On Screen" for the element. This is not a bug.
