"*_Arnold_Dome_Light" Templates should have the "useDualSkydomeSetup" attribute off by default. #122

"*_Arnold_Dome_Light" Templates are by default creating a dual skydone lights setup with one skydome for the diffuse rays and another one for specular rays, the defaut should be to create only one skydome light.
