"NSIS" installer need to be replaced with an alternative installer easier to maintain. #132

While "NSIS" installer produce great results, it needs too much work to maintain and test. The one built for sIBL_GUI 4.0.0 release was broken in a very subtle way leading to missing files.

"Actual Installer" ( http://www.actualinstaller.com/ ) replaced "NSIS" installer.
