Remove "miCreateOtherOptionsNodesForURG" mel procedure call in "Maya_MR_Standard" Template. #193

The "miCreateOtherOptionsNodesForURG" mel procedure doesn't exists anymore in some Maya 2013 versions and Maya 2014 raising an exception in the loader script execution.
