建议 autoproxy-gfwlist 项目提供一份 SwitchySharp backup 文件。
用户可以导入规则，然后手动修改代理设置。

不过我发现我Chrome 版本太低，Version 30.0.1599.69 
。我先升级一下再给个反馈。

把chrome 更新到最新稳定版之后 问题解决了。
