WordPress warns about abandoned plugin #6

Not sure if this could get removed from the WordPress ecosystem for this status, but for sites that use the plugin this seems like it’s risky to keep relying on it.

Any chance of a followup here so we can address this status and warning? If the plugin truly is abandoned, please confirm. If it’s not, maybe a quick version bump or compatibility check with Wordpress v5.6?

Thanks for making this gem of a plugin, by the way!

So it's been nearly 2 years since you opened this ticket, Kevin. This plugin basically is abandoned. It was pretty much finished, and then I moved on to other things. And since Gutenberg, it's semi pointless. That said, I will go in in the near future and test and do a version bump if it still is working with modern WP.

Thanks for following up. If you'd said it was abandoned two years ago I would have just closed this out. 😝 Obviously code you provide to the world is provided at your discretion. Thanks for making it at all.

I can't even remember what I used this for now, and I'm not at all hindered by its stagnation anymore. Feel free to address it or close it as you please.
