Git branches not pruned #649

I'm not entirely sure of the behavior I observe but when multiple branches are enabled, I can still see old branches that have been removed from the Git repository still appear in theGardener.

In the above screenshot, all branches except qa and master do not exist anymore.

I don't know if this is a bug or if there is no cleaning at all. IMHO, when synchronizing, we should check that previous branches still exist and delete them otherwise.

a work around is the force it by /api/admin/projects/{id}/refreshFromRemoteGitRepository
