calculate GPU overdraw

combine these two:

• count pixels drawn with https://lovr.org/docs/master/Pass#tally
• divide by dimensions https://lovr.org/docs/master/Pass:getDimensions

Tally doesn't work on my dev machine, so this would be a pain to get working. but it would be really useful on Quest
