[Feature request] Channel Muting #6

I'm not sure, maybe I'm overlooking it. But I can't find the option to mute channels anywhere. Actually, this is supported by libsidplayfp.

I would be very grateful if this feature could be available in Xmplay.

I think I can do that, will take a look for the next version.
