[WIP BUT MERGEABLE] Emscripten Compilation #40

This is usable now with some needed improvements.

Current things that need to be sorted out:

[x] Dynamic data loading
[x] Cleanup makefile and includes
[x] Create emscripten compilation instructions
[x] Create dynamic loading instructions (Dependency: Dynamic data loading) (TODO in future PRs: web performance improvement and game saving support)

I'm going to mark this as ready for review and finish the remaining 2 issues (no saving between sessions and lower performance) at a later date (once I understand WASM and Emscripten better).
