Brux IDE (Unfinished but mergeable) #42

This IDE should compile using Qt 5.12 and above.

Dependencies (these should install the other dependencies. If your distro uses dev packages, install those):

Meson
KCoreAddons
KTextEditor
Qt5

The current work of the IDE features:

Syntax Highlighting for Squirrel & BRUX
Scripting
Directory and file opening
Command line argument parsing for a single file/directory

Future work will include:

Errors and warnings
Command line argument parsing for multiple files and directories
Tiling
Project files maybe?
Drag and drop maybe?

Forgot to mention this, but the commits from the 26th December allows the IDE to compile on the latest stable version of Debian (11 at the time of writing) (this should also apply to the latest stable release of Ubuntu/Mint etc.)
