Pie Chart doesn't render under IE7-8 if parent container has width or height lower than 100px #647

Hi all, I founded some strange bug in IE7-8.
If we create placeholder for pie chart with width or height lower than 100px, 
IE doesn't render chart at all. It has inner shapes, but they are invisible in 
layout.

Also chart doesn't render under IE7-8 when we set size lower than 100px and 
setup one or many data array items to 0. Looks like it has some compute errors 
in pie chart, or in excanvas.
