Watch Face #142

The app loaded fine but I cannot figure out how to get watch face in on my watch to display or find it on the faces in the watch app on my iPhone 11 max How you you find the watch face and display in on my watch

I have the same issue as riad1111. Please advise how to do it.

Loading complications on the phone can sometimes take a long time. It's easier and less error prone to do it on the watch.

If on watchOS 6.2, press hard on the watch face to customize, if on watchOS 7, where force touch has unfortunately been removed, you have to make a long touch on the watch face, and you will get to the watch face customization menu.

Thanks Kenneth. I’m looking for your face watch. I attached picture in this email. I did follow your instructions, edit & add but couldn’t find your face watch and doesn’t exist on my watch.

Driving me crazy. There must be something that people didn’t have an issue with. Any further suggestions would be great.

The image attachment didn't go through, but I'm guessing you're referring to the App Store listing complications screenshot.

That is the Infograph watch face, introduced with watch series 4 - and is exclusive to series 4, 5 and 6.

Ken - I thought if i deleted the app from my watch and re install it may work. and i would see the clock face I did that but the app on my phone just says purchased how do i reinstall it back on to my phone so i can check the fix above. I can see your app in purchase history but cannot figure out how to download it back to the watch again appreciate support

On your phone, click on Apple App Store icon, scroll down to the bottom, when you see Account click on it, next click on Purchase, next click on My Purchase, scroll down you will see “Watch app for Tesla”. Now you can re-install from there. For Watch face, I had to integrate with other info graph face. If I click on Top Left, that’s “Watch for Tesla”. I believe you can integrate Watch for Tesla to any watch faces. Hope this helps.
