Hey @shakedaddyd

First, let's get the keyboard up on your phone - without that, you'll get frustrated pretty quick!

Please ensure Handoff is enabled on your phone, by opening the settings app, and then go to general, airplay & handoff and enable handoff:

Then please ensure your phone is not on do not disturb mode, or if it is, manually check Notification Center for the continuity keyboard notification when you tap on the text fields on the watch login form.

Please let me know how that went.

Cheers,

Kim

Got the keyboard to work...on my iPad, but not my phone! Notification came right through on iPad when I got home from work. Even though I was drawing the correct letters and numbers for my sign in and password, it still gave me an error code until I was able to get the keyboard to pop up on the iPad and populate the same info. Then it worked perfectly. Still not sure why the phone didn’t work. But your app is great! Thanks for the quick reply!

Fantastic! Glad to hear it.

I don't think I've ever received a continuity keyboard notification on my iPad. Interesting! Maybe my Apple devices are opposite to yours in their failures :-D

I’m not sure if the picture is showing up, but the message say: Could not acquire token: Request failed. Response code: 401 Message: unauthorized

Kemmey commented 3 years ago

Hey, @BentOlse - that error means that your username or password was not recognized (I'll have a more descriptive text in next release!).

Tesla locks out accounts after just a few tries with wrong password, so please go to Tesla.com and verify your login still works, and if not, unlock your account. When everything works at Tesla.com, please try logging in again and triple check both username and password - preferably use your phone for keyboard input.

Cheers,

Kim
