That's not good - but as per your update, if the Tesla app also can't open the trunk, it's most likely an issue with the vehicle. Could you try making a support ticket in the official Tesla app and see if they can do something on their end? Sometimes they can fix remotely - otherwise might need mobile service.

@emi777ly One thing to check, after you've tapped the open trunk button in my app, try going to settings, show debug and check in authentication events section if there are any recent entries - the Tesla servers might send back an error message about what could be wrong.
Debag under authentication is empty. I was at Tesla service center yesterday, they did not notice anything. Mobile service coming on Wednesday, will report after. Thank you
So the service center could verify you could not open trunk with the official app - but did not find that to be an issue?
I did not know at the time of service that I have an issue with open trunk /frunk. I found out about it after I came back home. Mobile service coming today will report after
Computer module was restarted by Mobil service. Everything is working now

Update 1 FYI:Official Tesla application can not open trunk and frunk too
Please advise: Used to work without any issues but now can NOT: -open trunk and frunk, -Can not unlock but can lock -can not safe limit for charging, -remote start and -start charging ..
everything else is working. when I Push a button to open frunk or trunk it sad it’s unlocked but nothing happened. The Same issue on my I watch, iPhone, ipad
I did delete your application and reinstalled it, I did reboot Tesla, I rebooted my iphone and iwatch
