The toggle will only show up if the remote start feature is enabled in the vehicle under security settings. Since the toggle is hidden, it appears the vehicle reports that remote start is unavailable.
You should however never solely rely on the watch for drive key, as it depends on internet connectivity on both watch and vehicle - which could put you in problematic situations - only by parking in an underground garage or similar.
I have always used watch without carrying a card or phone. I opened the car, entered and left. I had enabled key on Watch. Now it no longer works and I can't find in the options where to enable car key Thanks
