OS is current for both i7+ and Watch. I could not enable App Store on watch as suggested in FAQs. Dies app support 1st generation watch?

The app requires watchOS 6.2 which can run on series 1 through 5 but not on series 0, which was the first watch to be released.

Thank you for the fast response and clarification of which generation of Watch the app will work. I submitted a refund request to Apple, but will definitely purchase when I get a newer series Watch in the future.

Yeah - no worries! :-D

I'm actually quite disappointed that you were able to purchase in the first place - the store should protect against purchasing incompatible apps - why on earth would they allow you to purchase something you can't run?!

Yes, I thought about that also. Perhaps the refund request will prompt Apple to check for that? Also, if the information page that describes the App clearly stated that it will not work with the original Watch series, that would have prevented some hassle. PS it looks like your apps are very high quality
