Adds Artificial Intelligence to almost any security camera that supports HTTP, ONVIF or FTP. It uses DeepStack as the AI engine. It allows the user to easily create areas in a photo that should trigger an action (HTTP/email/MQTT) or ignore activity in that area. It can dramatically reduce the incidents of picture false alarms. It can optionally interact wtih Blue Iris.

Not getting email notifications despite receiving test email #9

I'm not getting email notifications even though the test email comes through fine. The AOI notification works through Blue Iris URL, but not email. Though, I was trying to use them mutually-exclusively, not simultaneously. I wanted to stop the barrage of alerts until I got to the bottom of an image confidence issue. So, perhaps the email only tries to send if the URL was also configured.

After checking the log file, I see "Exceeded storage allocation. The server response was: 5.2.3 Your message exceeded Google's message size limits." which is odd because I thought google's attachment limit was 25MB and the attached file should be < 1MB.

Sorry, I’m not ignoring you. I’ve had a busy couple of days. I’ll get back to the project tomorrow (well today actually I guess)

I'm just logging the issue, I don't expect anyone to jump on it. I was going to look into it when I had time. If I don't log things, I forget them.

I’ve noticed that a lot of email servers have attachment limits that seem to go back to about 2004. They haven’t caught up with the fact that people have/want to send large attachments. I know that the attachment size for Verizon MMS messages is 1.2MB.

I added some global exception handling that make it a little hard to actually pin down real exceptions. I think I will turn them off in debug mode.
