When change to the drug file, the program cannot work at all

The program is unable to execute when the drug file is being changed and didn't give instruction how to fix

I am unable to reproduce the bug, the user did not specify what specific changes were made to the drug txt file, there was no guidance as to what drug was added as well,

Reason for disagreement: Since at that time all the command I entered is from the user guide's Example of usage and I type in bye to finish the program. After that I just try to modify the file drug.txt and after I do any modification(delete the amount, delete the quantity, delete the serial number, delete characters) to the drug.txt file will always produce this error, even after I deleted the drug.txt, the error still occur. So I assume the error occur whenever I modify the drug.txt and didn't specify the changes. I didn't add any drug to the txt file. And I run the jar file again and the error still occur. Below are all the txt files and the terminal shows without modify the txt file the program works fine but after I modify it the program cannot run and the app is unusable.
