Port to Python 3 #169

Since Python 2 is to be discontinued in Jan 2020, TBOPlayer should be ported to Python 3.

Got the GUI working for python3. It's in the following branch: https://github.com/KenT2/tboplayer/tree/py3_version

Still needs testing though and bugs are likely to occur. Any help and feedback is appreciated.
