Replace KendrickUI #209

At the moment, we offer to the user a custom UI called KendrickUI to browse the library of Kendrick models. See current interface:

We want to move to a more elaborate tool that will allow to browse all the available models in an image, the user will be allowed to do some simulation and visualisation, search the models. One idea is to use GToolkit that will also to build an interactive notebook for epidemiological models.
