PvP Builds #1

It would be great to also be able to toggle between a regular build, and a PvP one. There are a few Sigils and Runes that are only available in PvP.

On top of that, it would be cool to have a toggle to show you PvP, PvE, and WvW builds.

I'd love to help do this. I would just need a little direction.

To add those runes and sigils you need research their ID from the GW2 wiki.

I'm not sure I want to create a different UI for Pvp builds, instead I would simply add those upgrades for now.

@KenediaDev Thanks for the reply! And yea, that makes sense.

I went ahead and added the runes and sigils. It doesn't look like I can push a new branch with those changes to create a PR though.

I'm all for helping out if you'd like :)
