Ranger builds do not save the active pets; pasting a saved ranger build onto a character will lead to having no active pet. Pets must then be set manually in the menu.
Trying to manually save a ranger build that has pet data will overwrite those parts of the template code, resetting it to a pet-less template.
As an example, a heal druid build saved in the builds manager:
[&DQQeFRkeBRclDwAAvAAAAL0AAAC5AAAAlwEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA=]
Loading the above will remove any active pet. This is the same build, but with jacaranda and brown bear selected:
[&DQQeFRkeBRclDwAAvAAAAL0AAAC5AAAAlwEAADkFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA=]
Trying to paste this into a build in the builds manager will reset the changed letters back to A's upon pressing Enter.
Ideally, the UI would allow pet selection, but if that's not a possibility then at least keeping the last part of ranger build codes would be appreciated.
