Adding PvP Sigils and Runes #4

I went ahead and added the pvp sigils and runes to the respective files. Let me know if you'd like to explore adding more UI to it.

Hey, yea, I did test it. However, in order to see the changes, I had to delete the professions [en-EN].json file in BlishHUD settings.

Don't know if that file gets auto deleted on update or not.
