Objective

Try to build full Spring FW based web application
Try to use Google Compute Engine
Try to host service which can collect money from many users

Sync private list on Twitter
Plans
- Free plan
- All accounts are read-only
- To update list, user needs to log-in to this system and operate on it
- Limited to three accounts to share
- Paid plan
- Can configure read-only and updatable account
- Updatable account can update target user by normal operation on Twitter
- Unlimited accounts to share list
