rename `OSXFolderManager` #524

doesn't need to happen in this PR but worth noting/making an issue about - we should probably rename OSXFolderManager for multiple reasons now

  • macOS is just called macOS not OSX
  • iOS isn't OSX

maybe just "AppleFolderManager" or something
