Switch to https:// for VS downloads #13

This addresses #12, just adding a bit more security to the downloads.

@KennethB happy to help when I can, though my time is stretched at the moment. We're using it in our developer local setup scripts here at Stack Overflow, so I have a vested interest in making sure it works :)
