Updated AdminDeployment.xml to match the default files generated by current VS 2015 installers.

Thanks for merging. I just noticed I neglected to update the first commit message, sorry about that. (Removing those nodes increases the chance of proper parsing of the file by the VS installer - apparently the presence of unselected nodes may, in certain circumstances, cause it to ignore some of the selected ones.)

Will you publish the updated packages on chocolatey.org? Or I could do it, if you added me as maintainer.
