Domain specific deactivation #74

Hi! Big thanks to contributors for this nice, simple but useful extension! I've encountered an issue that I believe could be improved.

On Youtube , and . are designated for navigating to move to next / previous frame, when this extension is active, these specific frame navigation shortcuts do not function as expected.

I don't want to change my assigned keywords on the extension (I like to use .,), and Chrome allows the extension to operate universally across sites or only to specific domains without offering the functionality to exclude specific sites where the extension should be inactive.

So as a solution, I suggest introducing an option within the extension settings that allows users to specify domains where the extension should be deactivated.
