Describe the bug Creating a new currency that is same to other users defaults the purpose of having a user profile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "/currencies"
  2. Enter details similar to other users.
  3. Submit similar currency details.
  4. See error

Expected behavior Resources are expected to be unique for every user, not unique to the whole table.
