Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is required to be able to do the KennethTrecy/peratorakka_client#22.

Describe the solution you'd like Make a route with this format /api/v1/frozen_periods/<frozen period id>/accounts/<account id>/financial_entries.

The solution had changed and already solved since e02edcaab45.
