Add Okular for pdf Reader (Acrobat alternative)

Okular is a free and open source pdf viewer with the following notable features (atleast for me)

On Linux and Windows
Reads PDF, EPub, DjVU MarkDown, JPEG, PNG, GIF, Tiff, WebP, CBR, CBZ etc... file formats.
Review mode (annotations (highlight, text, stamps, freehand draw))
Change page colors to any dark and light colors you choose
Digital signature support
Right click drag screenshot
Like all kde apps, the ability to bind nearly every clickable button to a keyboard shortcut
