Does any of these tool support animated SVG creation and code export? #130

Hi, I want to be able to create animated SVGs via GUI and then export HTML/CSS and/or save the animated SVG as a file. Do any of After Effects alternative do this?

Please try Google's Web Designer** or Friction, both are available for Windows and Linux.

** Also available on macOS.
