Size limitation of FASTA file? #46

Is there a size limitation for the input FASTA format file using the local version? TheFASTA file size is limited to 200M on the web server of PhaBOX2.

Hi Zhihao,

Of course, there is no limitation for the local version. The local version is designed for large-scale inputs and the upper bound will only depend on the computer/HPC's resources you have.
