Some issues related to the taxonomic classification of certain families #20

When I used PhaGCN2.0, I noticed that some family are annotated as xxx_like, for example, Stanwilliamsviridae_like. So, is this phage from the family Stanwilliamsviridae? Because there is no family called Stanwilliamsviridae_like in the ICTV.

Dear！ Sorry for the late reply. For "classification_name_like," we believe it is similar to "classification_name," but we cannot fully confirm that it is indeed "classification_name"; it may represent a new, unclassified group. For specific details, please refer to our published PhaGCN2 paper.
