Encountered problems while solving:

package samtools-1.6-h3f2fef4_8 requires openssl >=1.1.0,<=1.1.1, but none of the providers can be installed
package python-3.9.12-h2660328_1_cpython requires openssl >=3.0.2,<4.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed： how can I solved this problem?

Please try to reinstall your anaconda or conda.
