Add support for abs2. #111

Add support for abs2() and corresponding test.

This looks good to me, thanks for the contribution!

I'll give it a short while to let any of the package owners have opinions too, in case any of them have a reason not to include this function in the package (but I highly doubt they will).

Since the only build failure is on nightly, and seems unrelated, I'm going ahead and merging this. Thanks again, @rawlik for the contribution!
