Request for additional units #91

Thanks a lot for contributing this module to the community. I do like it a lot.

I would like to suggest the following units, knowing that the list of units will never be completed:

1dm = 0.1m (for consistency reasons)
1kA = 1000A (needed in energy systems)
1MA = 1E6A (may not be that important, but makes sense for consistency reasons)
