Broken Functionality #16

I've recently come back to FFXI, and have noticed problems with ApRadar.

I'm not sure what is causing it, but auto-hide, spawn alerts, monitor swapping, etc. are no longer working. I've tested this on a machine with a fresh install of Win 10 (with a brand new download of ApRadar) and my existing one with the same ApRadar I've had for a few years.

The NoBar shortcut will work and run, but the notification tray icon's functionality barely works. Map/Overlay Radar, Spawn/Alerts, and even the ability to select which process to have it latch on doesn't work.

Are there any C++ Redistributables, or any kind of side-installation you can think of that would help to alleviate this? I'm not sure if the way the program was originally written makes calls to software that I apparently no longer have.

(In case picture doesn't load, it lists installed components for 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2015-2019 C++ Redists for x86 and x64. Back when this was paid for I remember needing to have something like this installed also to get everything to work).

Actually, I just figured out my own issue.

To anyone that's also having the same issue, due to how it was originally designed ApRadar can't be run on a mapped drive/UNC mapped location. It need to be stored locally or on an iSCSI mounted drive.

Good to know for the future. Works beautifully now, thanks for the hard work Kenshi!
