Icons stay native when set to "2" #5

I noticed that i now have basic game icons when loading the game, i did the recent update to the files and its still the same. Im also set on "2" into the config.

Are you sure you are replacing the correct dat?

My icons changed to the new(er) ones for about 2 days and reverted back to basic. I don't understand how this happened but I did re-download the latest version, extracted and copied the ROM files to the FFXI folder but my icons stayed basic. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
